Lisa Douglas

In a retail career spanning 19 years Lisa has been instrumental in the rebranding, repositioning, promotional and retail environment design for many of New Zealand’s best retailers. Her pragmatic approach to the environment from a customer’s perspective (both external and internal) means that no opportunity goes untouched to ensure maximum shopper enjoyment and optimal operational efficiency in store.
She has held senior management roles and consulted in a number of iconic retailers including Farmers Trading Company, Noel Leeming and Bond & Bond, Warehouse Stationery and Repco. Her award-winning approach to store transformation is well recognised ensuring that every cent spent in the store is prudently allocated for optimal ROI. Having worked her way up from the shop floor as a visual merchandiser, Lisa understands the dynamics of a retail environment from both a creative and hands on perspective.
